We had typhoon warnings today set to "Gales" after the storm had passed I went for a wander to take some photos. Japan's skies are always dramatic but tonight was really something special!

Nature Day in Kameari
I went for a job interview yesterday and I didn't take my camera with me... and I regretted it ALOT! I saw some beautiful things that I had never seen before and I was very annoyed that I didn't have my camera with me!
So today I popped out to pick a couple of bit up from the shop and on my way home I decided to take some photos... and here they are :-)

Back to Shibuya - Feels like Home.
I had an interview the other day in Shibuya (oh yeah on the job front Fran is doing really great, really enjoying his work. I am doing ok with my part time job(s) but the full time job fell through, I was gutted but I am convinced this is a positive thing now and I will keep my chin and continue job hunting!) it felt familiar. Which is strange because nothing about Japan is "familiar". It was great though!!!
It was really hot. I think like 36 degrees again. So it was nice to just sit in the shade, to try to escape the heat. I honestly think this weather is just beautiful, I have never experienced a climate like this and all I can say in Thank God for aircon!!! Where would we be without it?! Well... we'd be a big melted mess on the floor that's where!
There were decorations up for the matsuri (festival) this weekend... or at least I hope it's this weekend... well I read it was this weekend but lets face it, I can't read Japanese so I guess there is a chance I could be wrong... ah well, I am going anyway!!!!
I decided that I wanted to have a walk round and take some photos that captured the atmosphere and the fast pace that Shibuya works at! So I went and stood on the side of the round and took photos of people as they were crossing THE crossing of Tokyo! The majority of people kind of noticed that my camera was pointing straight at them and they would just stare right into the camera, so I didn't take pictures of them, I wanted them to be natural, For the person to be wrapped up in there world. I really enjoyed it actually!
I love this picture!!!! I like to this they are playing a" guess the song" game... enough said!
I headed back home after this, and took a walk around Kameari, there is a river so I thought I would go there to take photos of the sunset. Unfortunately though, The sun sets behind the buildings in Kameari so I didn't get the WHOLE sunset, but I did get a bit! I am just loving how dramatic the Japanese sky is!!!

Fran saw a Raccoon Dog!!!!
Fran was walking home from work and he said he thought that a big cat had ran out in front of him, until he looked at it crossing the road and it was about 5 times bigger than a cat! When he got in, he told me and we went straight back out looking for it - hehe. We kind of knew that it wouldn't still be there... but we looked anyway... for like an hour and a half! But we did find a massive hole (above) in the fence which we both agreed was "raccoon" sized! But we did see lots of gangs of stray them cats about. There was one group having a big fight - like hissing and stuff, and when we walked past they stopped and just stared until we had gone! It was a little bit intimidating to be honsest, I mean seriously how can a cat be intimidating?! We were nearly home when fran spotted a group of stray kittens hiding in a bush. They were so cute, so we stayed and took some photos. They actually got quite used to us and one in particular was very brave and sat about 1 meter from me... just looking!

Beautiful Kameari
Well, we litterally went for a walk in Kameari and the sun set was so beautiful I got a few photos!
So the weather here has been stupidly hot!!! Honestly (sorry for being gross) you go out for 10 mins and you are covered in sweat! Luckily for Japanese Fans, face towels the shade and air conditioning you can get out of the sun if you want... and well I'm going to have to get a few photos but there are some pretty strange hat that I have seen people wearing... to keep the sun off their faces! Anyway, I enjoyed the mist...
Today we got alot of pictures of bugs... I'm not going to post them on here so that people can choose whether they want to see them! There is one in particular that Fran took that literally had it been bigger it could have easy been mistaken for an alien! No joke! If your feeling brave you can see them by clicking here.
We finished off a nice walk by finding the near by river, it was beautiful and peaceful apart from the bugs that apparently live for 1 year in the ground and then come out in summer for 1 day and die... I think they are wanting you to know that they are dieing... I thought the sound was kinda cool until I saw what was making it... and then the noise just goes straight through you!!! Again, if you are feeling brave you can see and picture of the insect by clicking here and you can watch the video of the insect making the noise by clicking here. Good Luck!!!
